Leslie lives outside of Detroit and is an advanced perfoprmance driving instuctor.  She has an immaculate (thanks to her friends) 2001 Sapphire/silver GTS with brake, exhaust and suspension mods.  Her Instructing and driving her Viper around a track are accomplishments of her life's dreams.  Leslie used to live outside the Viper world until she "got lucky" and found her Sapphire Viper.  She quickly sold her Z06 vette and has never looked back.  Look for her to be instructing at NARRA and the Viper Days ... (she's that good)

Leslie was a moderator at the Vette, then the VCA forums and now she's settled here at the Viper Garage.  If you have any road course or road racing questions, Leslie is the one to send your question to.

Welcome Leslie on this forum !
We always need goods track instructors to keep us alive.

We are still a small group of Viper owners but who knows maybe one day :)

So you live in Detroit  ?

She hasn't got it back with the fresh paint and polish yet Shandon(?).  I think she's starting to have withdrawal symptoms.  And ... she's been Homeless lately

There are a lot more people that can have "JOY" from looking at their Vipers.  When I bought my first GTS from a Doctor near Peoria, Ill. he said, "I can't believe you're going to drive this car."  I asked him what he did with it.  His answer was, "Come out to the garage and look at it.  Sometimes wax it, and drive it to other states to get upgrades done."  Having work done in other states saved the State tax.  As he was standing at the sidewalk and I was backing out the first time I went over the gutter I dragged the bumper ...   :idk:  The Doctor was crying when I drove away in his Roe '98 GTS.

That's funny Shandon!

Yeh, Ted knows me well, I am going through withdrawals.
Last night I had a dream a silver Viper with a wing was on my ass at the track!  He blew my doors off as I reluctantly gave him a point.....wonder who THAT was???

Haha!

As to a big wing?...... Maybe an extra thick front splitter ha!
