Welcome.  I think I was following your TT thread?  Did you finish it and get the tune done?

Well I'm liking how many here have the YELLOW cars....
Born in Buffalo (don't hold it against me) moved to San Diego in 7th grade.
Worked aerospace, and electronics as Industrial/manufacturing engineer.
Finished 19 years at Intel. They were VERY good to me (but there were some Looooong hours).
Ordered the 96 gts using my brother's ticket and waited almost a year.
Ordered the 2003 SRT Vert (silver) and waited 9 months.
Ordered 2005 Yellow Fever vert (10 of 50) and only waited 4 months.
Ordered the 2010 Yellow with Black Stripes Vert and it took 5 months.
I'm too tall for the Gen 3-4 coupes at 6'6".

Hey Paul, I don't got any yellows.  It's OK though 'cause we're not prejudice.

Not sure if it'll help but read Lilbro/Joe's post in the seat lowering thread.  That might work for you?  You could test out his seat mod at SeaTac.  Because of your size I think the seat would fit your Butt better.

I got it done and tuned by myself, but never put it on the dyno. Currently I'm running out of fuel around 10psi and my turbos could use a rebuild kit, so I've decided to revamp my setup this winter. Details to come.

Definitely keep us up to date on your project.  A custom TT is one of my dream builds!

One thing never changes, the yellows go strong.  I recognize every name that has been in this intro so far and with that being said it is obvious what car I drive.  Give me a few to upload any photos, I have a stupid busy couple of days ahead of me.  Gotta start getting my stuff together to move up to Rhode Island.  Stupid Navy.

Hi All. Nice to see a new non-political forum. 'bout time.

I was a long time VCA member and poster (going back to the original forum on AOL and then the old version as part of the VCA). But sad to say one individual lead to my departure earllier this year. Unfortunately that person has retained his political power for the next couple of years within the organization, which will continue to keep me away. I believe it is that same person and his VCA parts that drives the negative vendor policies.

That aside I have been a Viper owner since 1995 and am pretty knowledgeable about Vipers and cars in general. Been employed in the automotove field for almost 30 years with many of that engineering engines and transmissions.

Great to have you here Ron :)

It sounds like you have a lot to add with your experience and education.  The SRT section needs some more posts.  Its awesome to have someone that will be able to help out there!

Agreed. Like the national politics there seems to be quite a bit of accumulated angst in the VCA. Most of it earned just like the national politics is mostly earned. I will not get into my own issues with them but will say the straw that broke the camel's back was the VCA Parts and how it was created.

This site needs to be passed on to others. As others mentioned I saw it in the Wizard's post which is lucky as I do not visit that site much since they pulled my membership privileges (though I am still a VCA member to date).

Well time to do the leaves, vote (driving the Viper to the voting site of course) and wash the car in readiness for hibernation.
