I saw this a couple of weeks ago.  It ain't cheap, but it's the only thing I've seen that looks normal, and can actually go fast enough to be useful both on land and in the water.

I live on a lakeshore.  We have a boat that I put in the water for about a week for the grandkids each year.  800 lakes within 50 miles here and I wouldn't be interested in buying that.  But, if I was extremely rich and wanted to impress a friend or two ...   maybe. :D
