including the Oly bar or plus?

The bar(which is 45lbs),two 45 plates, two 10's , two 5's

I should hit 315 lbs on dead lift in the next month or so.

My guess would be yes...

Word of advice, never go from a high energy job to a desk job

Need to get to the gym!!! Squats with your butt to the floor will fix that, eventually.

Get some compression bands or wraps. I'm up to 250lbs on squats.

Lifting weights is over rated.Still do and had injuries. The efforts we go to to make a body remake.Nothing wrong with that.Just make sure it is not an obsession as we all age and you can not keep up to what we used to do at a younger age.

Now being in my early 30's I have to watch my body and not hurt my joints.Eventually all that weight lifting will compress something. And when it is your spine, you will pay a price.I want to be spry as a June bug when I get older. :)

Jus saying
