Body building.  I've never seen a body like that.  I want to arm wrestle her.

Actually, I've been working at my weight all year.  The constant growth has stopped and I'm headed back in a good direction.  It's almost time for me to buy a new belt as it is to big now.  Also looking at new pants as the ones I have are now about 3 sizes too big.

I use the above picture to remind myself of where I don't want to be.....

That's good to hear! What have you been doing that has helped you lose weight? Also have you had your blood sampled and tested?

So far it's just portion control.  Stopped eating candy (for the most part) stopped drinking soda's (that was hard), maybe have 1 or 2 a week.  My blood is a mess, the only good thing I can say about it..... it still runs through my body.  Been doing more activity each day, less sitting where I can get away with it.  Treadmill is still too hard on me so it work just working in the yard to burn calories, the activity helps.  By the time the snow flies, I will have to use the treadmill.... yikes!.  Have a recumbent bike, I just don't use it a much as I should.

I used to Ride a bike 200 miles a week, run every day.....  Never get exposed to bad things (I was down wind of oil fires), it changes your life... forever

So, I noticed I was carrying about 10 lbs too much, and had to pick up the pace and change some habits to get back to my ideal weight. btw that is 172 lbs for me. I have to do a "tour" in the operations center and have not been as active. I stopped all Soda, use raw coconut "sugar" instead of real sugar, run 3-5 miles every 2nd day, and when home, mountain bike as fast as I can for 30 mins on the trails around my place on days I don't run. I take a rest every 5th day, then start again. I have also gone back to the dojo as there is a Vale Tudo school not far from me, and I have somewhat of a schedule. Helps me strengthen my core and burns a huge amount of calories but is only 1-2 times a month for me.

1 month in and I am 4 lbs short of my goal, but I'm also replacing fat with muscle and that's ok. :)
