Stayed at Sam's Town and found stairs nearly across from my door so ...  6 stories several times a day.  Just enough to get a slight burn and up the breathing slightly at the top.  Then I did some light luggage, heavy burn and almost panting but the worst was the approach to dizziness.  I must have looked like an idiot.  Quick hop double steps and every 2nd floor do an antirotational spin between flights  :hayes:

Now I'm only 2nd floor and no elevator.  But I walked 4 blocks to the meeting tonight.

Add some Creatine and Glutamine to your post work out shake. Some take it before workout. I do both to be on the safe side :D

also, took your advice and have added deep squats  :2thumbsup:

Leg day today. I'm going to try for 260lbs squat. Hope I don't hurt myself.
