Went from 139lbs to 158lbs! Yikes! I was even shocked! My face looks funny cause I'm trying not to laugh as people make fun in the backgroung. Plus I'm drunk...

One getting bigger and the other getting smaller. If someone could figure out how to weight transfer ....

I'm just off a cruise ship and added 4# to 179.  Not impressed that I have a small gut unless I flex or remember to keep it tight.

Oh well, guess I should be happy I have my summer tan again?

Sybil, drinking increases weight, or loses it?

You can have one beer a day and not be concerned. Any more than that it can decrease metabolism as much as 30% and here comes the belly....

Looking good Tommy.  Out with the girls?

Did you do some racing in your shiny GTS with the shiny wheels?

Well I went out last weekend to celebrate my 41st birthday which is actually Halloween but had to do it early as usual because of the kids and tricks or treats. Had a blast!!
