It's all good. I don't care when people laugh at me.....As long as it brings joy what the hay.

 8)  Ceramic ($200?) is definitely better than $30 paint job, but $30 is definitely better than $200 if you're paying out ...

Friend of mine used that style of paint to do exhaust manifolds on the cars and engines he sold.  His was grey and made the manifolds look like new (even after they'd been run awhile.

Well I had my way they would have been coated but I got a $2,400 3" complete dual exhaust for 1,200 so I can't complain and it is a truck that will probably get traded in 3 or 4 years at the most. I think it will be good enough since we don't drive it but about 3,000 miles a year.

It'll be great every time you start it!  Gotta love a good rumble sound.

Wish I won a full exhaust for the truck.  I went the cheap route and just swapped the muffler on the Ram.  90 bucks and about 15 bucks of clamps and pipe extension.  Sounds mean.

Actually just the cat back. Paid $1,200 for the headers and hi-flow cats and upgraded the cat back to a true dual exhaust at no extra charge. Finally got it on the weekend.
