When I bought my SFI/20 suit from goodvibes.com they said they're coming to race at the Castrol track at Edmonton July 4th weekend and invited me out.  Somewhere for you to go and someone for you to meet that weekend?  Thanks for suggesting them Darryl.

Expecting 175mph?

I am not sure Ted, the Salt is always changing but it sounds to be in excellent condition for July .
we are prepped and will tech for over 200 MPH as you know we ran slightly faster than your 850 thp roe car at Race the Base @ (316 KPH)197 MPH in a mile and a quarter and we will have 3 miles at this event on the salt.
we have also since raised the rev limit from 5000 rpm to a much higher number , set the wheel alignment from toed out to neutral and fixed the dragging brakes issue so it no longer takes three people to push it down hill as you recall from race the base , I can now push it with one finger on flat ground . The car has also since had the new custom land speed wheels and tires , front air dam , rear diffusers added and been lowered slightly , I am hoping to get some licencing runs in and be allowed to take it up faster , so far the Fastest N A Viper on the salt has been around 186 mph , we are looking to change that record this year either in July or September .
July will give us some great seat time and time to tune the chassis without the pressure of a 300 car event , there are only 52 cars registered for July so we should have multiple runs per day if we want , too bad you aren't ready to bring yours !

RtB was 1.8mi the first one.  I'm glad you found the problems since I was told that car never went fast although it had a ton of money thrown at it.

A faulty PCM is terrible.  I have a Mopar Performance Gen 2  PCM which should be the one your car was built for.  If your mixture is off or it's what you need came out of a dual supercharged 97 GTS because it wouldn't work for 1200whp.  I think that GTS got a Pectel.

Wish they'd let me race my 720hp Roe, but no scattershield and no roll cage disallows my car.  I met with Steve yesterday and bought him lunch while we discussed my GTS and the rules.  I have more work to do and more stuff to buy.  I have a few turbo pieces to redesign for the salt for my car to work properly.  I'm planing to go visit Steve Green's record holding 92" wheelbase 257mph Vega at it's hiding place in an attic in New West.  I do need plastic windows as sfety film both sides is only good UNDER 175mph!

I'll put my GForce trans back into my TT GTS and tow it down to Langley/Abbotsford and unload it so Steve can go over the car so I can find all the spots that need tech attention.  He approved the parachute you sold me but saud the ribbon chutes

1.8 miles yes Ted , tge second event that you ran at was 2 miles . Are you saying my car had money thrown at it ? As far as i know it only made one run in texas as a shake down , youve seen it and said yourself its only stock parts i am not sure where they threw the money , i better check the glove box !
