Oldest Dodge dealership in North America, Chuck Tator was the best Viper Tech Chrysler had working for them. During the "Bankrupcy Dump" Chuck was one of the Dealership that was lost. However, he realigned and is now a Garage that specializes in Viper tech. I have called Chuck when I've been "stumped" and used the info from Chuck to diagnose and fix my Viper Beasts.
I met "the Man - the Legend" at VOI X in Detroit. His Gen 1 "stock" RT10 goes 11 sec at the drag strip!
Recently I bought my Twin Turbo GTS and after new window motors were installed the windows worked pretty well for awhile. When I went to the Mojave Mile the windows seldom worked and at SSCC only the driver's window was reliable. Pressing lightly worked best so I emailed looking for switches. Chuck Tator had window switches IN STOCK and they were cheap enough that I didn't even need to try buying Ram switches first! Under $60 included both switches and shipping to Canada. I got the 20% Viper Garage (?) disocunt. And a Free Tator's garage Tshirt in my envelope!
