2 Used rims. Forged 17 inch. One front/one rear. Came off a 97 Viper. Center caps included. Front has a bit of curb rash, rear has curb rash as well. Good track wheels.  PM me for additional pics.

Located in Toronto, Canada. Buyer pays actual shipping. PM for estimate.

Was gonna ask $400 for them all. But I think I'm gonna keep one of less perfect rims and use it as a garden hose reel for my garage. So $250 for two rims.

Pics are too small.  Are these the cast or forged wheels?  I'll send this link to a couple friends that own 97s.

Yeah. It wouldn't allow to post pics bigger than 128kb. If you need, I can email larger pics.

So, which two?
Shipping to. Kelowna BC, V4T 3A6? Greyhound or whatever is cheap.

Thanks!

Asp man owns a 97 Blue/white GTS!!! :2thumbsup:

Most of the early wheels were cast.  Some were forged late '97 and 98.  '99s came with forged 18s.  Shiny might be forged?  I'm getting old too.

How would I check if they are forged or cast? They came off a 97.

I am going to pull the tires off today and get rid of them. I'll take some good pics and post them afterwards. As for which rim I will take, it will probably be the one front with a slight chip in the front and back. The other front is in good shape. The rear is the rim with the curb rash. Will post pics showing all faults.

Base shipping to Kelowna appears to be low $60s. I would assume with taxes and fuel surcharges it would be somewhere near $80 range. I can ship where the fees are paid at destination.

Did you sell them?

Figure out the difference between Case and Forged?  Usually cast is smooth and looks nice whereas forged is a rougher surface

Nope, they are still for sale.  They have 24-97 stamped on the rear of one of the spokes.

They are forged. Did some searching and there is no weld line between the barrel and the spoke.

Really?  The spokes are welded to the rims? :headscratch:

No they are not welded which is how the CAST are made. The forged are one solid piece.
