We are broke by choice. Just imagine how much money you would have if you only had one car, it was a Honda, and you drove it until it was worn out.

Myself, I could never live like that. But if I could I would be a rich man  :D

"Cheers" to having wacked priorities! :2thumbsup:

Finally hot wired computer and got it workling.  Ran into several problems and worked all day until 1am.  Packed etc and went to sleep about 3am and up at 5:00am Driving to Williams Lake at 5:30am.

Sow, what a trip.  All southern Alberta road flooded and our road had a fatal accident about 15 min in front of us.  Spent 6 or 7 hours waiting for the RCMP tp finish accident investigation.  Guy drove his SUV under at tractor trailer and smoked the rear duals, snapping off the front axle and destroying the outer rim and tire of the last set of tires on the back trailer.  Jaws of life to get out the body.

We booked rooms at the Super 8 about 3am.  Raining heavy after being sunny and beautiful all day.  Got chines fortune cookies at a restaraunt we stopped at to save time ... took about 2 hrs to cook, eat and pay bills.  Burgers and Clubhouse sandwiches are difficult ... aren't they???

My Viper got 23.7mpg and Clints Paxton Copperhead got about the same (He put in $3 more gas than me at one fill up.  We passed everything on the road and it is amazing that people actually think that they show have low their driving abilities are when they block traffic at 40mph along the highway.  Parking along the side would be about equal to their abilities.

At 7:35am we were at Moretto's motorspots, but didn't see anyone around for awhile.  Just after 8 I went into the rear of the shop and called.  Shortly after that they showed up and we moved out cars around the back of the 20,000sf building.  Clint's new engine and higher boost took until 2pm to perfect the tune.  732rwhp on a dynojet (sor figure just over 800whp for a dynojet).  10psi.

Next Joel's hom built TT 99 GTS with AEM.  Joel had worked the entire day before and gotten about 4 hrs sleep the day before the long drive (3 hrs sleep last night).  Clint had driven to Kmaloops and gotten up early and gotten his tires balanced.  He spoke a few times about the best machine he'd ever seen for balancing tires at the Kamloops Big O shop.

Joel's car origunally came with a bad TUNE as the timing part of the program was frozen and this thinking that you'd set the timing, but the engine getting NO change had destroyed all his earlier engines and after Chris replaced this things progressed very well.  At 10 psi he made about the same hp as Clints car on pump gas.  But, as Chris slowly perfected the tune ... it ran great for the first time in years and with 18psi and methanol injection it junmped the horsepower (94octane) to 913rwhp!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Two very happy Viper owners just loving their machines.  Joel's car would dyno right close to 1000rwhp on a dyno-jet.

Pretty good for a car that somehow started with a 548rwhp run, then a 467hp run.  Joel is definitely one happy man.  We had time to tie my Roe GTS onto the dyno before we left.  7:30 we have an hour or two to adjust my tune and test the 2001 ecu for voltage.  I remember that it didn't work -

During the day, Yellow Venom bought a few belts and chewed the heck out of them doing massive burnouts using the power of his Paxton down this 4x4 street.  SRT10 trucks are tough!  He ended up changing his idler pulleys (loose, broken and toasted bearings) and changing from a allenheaded bolt to a hes head so that the belt rubbing would stop.  Tomorrow more burnouts and testing of the Yellow Venom of Joes!.  A 2010 FE (Mike) came by and spent the day with us.  A Lycome Roe blower truck stopped by and will be back for tuning tomorrow.  A Black SRT10 stopped by and showed all interested parties how to attach bug screen behind the grlle to keep the coolers and rad looking new.  Several Vipers came by and spent some time visiting us.  Trevor and Terri (TNT) came by in their Viper passed out a few VG decals and displayed the new ViperGarage banners that Trevor had built for the website.  Awesome.

I emailed the "Viper Trinket Expert" and he told me that he'd built a Viper ACR bottle opener for Trev so I gave Trev the one I had.  He was impressed, we exchanged gifts   :D  Thanks Timo.

I also gave Joe (Yellow) a Viperr Keychain and Joel a few trinkets because of his input and and knowledge he's shared with this website.  Today was sunny and raining for awhile.  It was a good day.  Chris and Ryan worked nearly nonstop from before 8am until locking up at 10pm!  Tomorrow we'll be meeting in the lobby at 7:10am to get to work on MY Viper.  There are 2 other vehicles that need tuning before Chris heads to the airport and LA at 3:30pm.

Definitely an international do-operation!  I think there'll be a few more Canadians to take trophies from the SSCC.us the next few events/races/rallies!

Can you guys post the dyno pics for all the cars that attended?

What did everybody else put down besides Joel?

Joel, do you still have your graph?

Thanks!

Ryan said that the readings were about 10% lower than down the street.  My numbers were really low and Clint's were the same as before he spent $20,000 building his engine and increasing the boost.
